Happy Sunday Tigres,

Thank you to all the families who came to Adams last week in celebration of Back to School Night, and to explore the new building! We were thrilled to share the brand new space and share more exciting curriculum shifts in the year ahead. We’re grateful for the partnership as we live out our mission to be briliant, bilingual global citizens who will change the inequities in our world.

Every week this month, we'll be showcasing our Hispanic Heritage Month Celebrations via photos! We’re excited to enter Week 2 of our school-wide spotlight on Latin America. Each day next week, students will learn about the culture, history, or traditions of a different country, and have an opportunity to represent their nations by wearing jerseys, traditional clothing, or the flag colors. Here's what’s coming up:

• Monday, September 22 – Costa Rica

• Tuesday, September 23 – Ecuador (celebrate Directora Brito's birthplace on her birthday!)

• Wednesday, September 24 – Nicaragua

• Thursday, September 25 – Peru

• Friday, September 26 – Argentina
