- Key Grade Immunization Compliance Award – for achieving 95% compliance in critical grades
- Excellence in Immunization Compliance Award (All Grades) – for reaching 90% compliance across the entire school
These awards reflect a coordinated effort across our school community—families, staff, and administrators—all working together to ensure students are protected against vaccine-preventable diseases.
Achieving this level of compliance requires consistent outreach, careful record-keeping, and strong communication with families. It’s a shared commitment to keeping our school safe, healthy, and ready to learn.
