All students must complete a participation packet each school year: DCIAA Participation Forms.

●      The medical forms must be dated within the prior 365 days.

●      We encourage you to have your healthcare provider complete the forms before the school year and attach them to the packet.

●      Your child cannot attend practice until registration is complete and DCIAA approval is received. You will receive an approval email from Stuart Logan when cleared.

●      Practice Days: Tuesdays and Fridays (Please note that the Tuesdays schedules do not align with the elementary team, which will practice on Wednesday. We are short coaches and are doing the best we can. If you would be interested in becoming a coach, please contact Stu Logan.)

●      Time: 3:30–5:00 PM

●      Dates: September 5 – October 22

●      Location: Rock Creek Park and Adams Morgan Neighborhood

●      No make ups for cancelled practices: for example, school is closed or weather

○      Meet outside the front of the school at 3:30 PM and we will run to Kalorama park and the surrounding neighborhood

○      Backpacks should be left in the cafeteria / locker/ OCA and will be retrieved after practice.Please send your child with:

■      A filled water bottle

●      We will have at least two meets this season and all take place at Colmar Manor Community Park. More information will be provided as it becomes available.

○      September 17 – Developmental Meet (all participate)

○      **Developmental Meet

○      October 22 – Championship Meet (qualification necessary, top 5 times per gender compete)
