Elementary Cross-Country

All students must complete a participation packet each school year: DCIAA Participation Forms.

The medical forms must be dated within the prior 365 days.
We encourage you to have your healthcare provider complete the forms before the school year and attach them to the packet.
Your child cannot attend practice until registration is complete and DCIAA approval is received. You will receive an approval email from Stuart Logan when cleared.

Days: Wednesdays & Fridays
Time: 3:30–4:45 PM
Dates: September 3 – October 22
Location: Kalorama Park and Adams Morgan Neighborhood
Pick-Up:
OCA Students: Escorted to OCA after practice.
Picked Up by Adult: At Adams Campus at 4:45 PM (please be on time).
Self-Dismissed: If authorized, students may leave on their own after practice. You must fill out the OA self-dismiss form.
No practice if school is closed

Meet outside the front of the school at 3:15 PM and we will run to Kalorama park and the surrounding neighborhood
Backpacks should be left in the cafeteria / locker/ OCA and will be retrieved after practice.
Please send your child with: A filled water bottle & a healthy snack for before practice

We will have at least two meets this season and all take place at Colmar Manor Community Park - DCIAA is in charge of all logistics and they can be found here.
