Oyster Creative Activities, better known as OCA, is a bilingual, non-profit afterschool program that operates at both Oyster-Adams campuses. It has been a part of the Oyster-Adams Bilingual School community since 1979.

OCA’s mission is to offer a fun, high quality after-school option that simultaneously supports students’ bilingual academic needs and social emotional growth. All OCA classrooms have bilingual counselors with training to assist students with homework assignments in English and Spanish. Classes are formed by grade (for example, kindergarteners are together with other kindergarteners). All OCA students also benefit from outdoor play time, snacks, and the opportunity to enroll in additional enrichment activities.
