Ms. Melissa Grant has taught at Oyster-Adams since 2009 and is the early learning support teacher at the primary campus. Prior to moving to DC, she taught early childhood special education and early intervention in New York City. Ms. Grant earned her undergraduate degree in theatre at the University of Michigan and a master’s degree in Early Childhood Special Education and Child Life at Bank Street College of Education. When she is not in the classroom she loves discussing and debating education issues, spending time in New York City, and spending time with her family.
