Background: Oyster-Adams (OA) parent Stacia Cardille led an advocacy campaign 2020 and 2021 to encourage the DC government to give us money to update the Oyster playground. With the help of ANC Commissioner and OA parent Jason Fink, the Oyster-Adams Community Council, the LSAT, and the school administration, we received more than $1 million this spring for a new Oyster playground.
