We would like to start by thanking our parent volunteers for their support last year. We are also very appreciative of last year’s OCC help and their commitment to our school community (OCC is the school PTA). Together, we made the impossible possible…we were able to accommodate outdoor lunch at both campuses.
This year we have the same goal, but we will need additional support to accomplish it. Unfortunately, we do not have the capacity to do it only with our staff. If we get enough daily support setting up outdoor tables, chairs, and maybe tents in the mornings (8:40-9:00 a.m.), we will be able to make it happen again this year.
If you would like to become a parent volunteer, please sign up for as many slots as you can. Here are the links for each campus: Adams and Oyster.
Here are some additional details:
- At least two volunteers are needed daily
- School will provide all materials and instructions
In addition, we would appreciate it if we could have additional support at the Oyster campus for safety monitoring during lunch from 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Nos gustaría comenzar agradeciendo a nuestros padres voluntarios por su apoyo el año pasado. También estamos muy agradecidos por la ayuda de OCC y su compromiso con nuestra comunidad escolar (OCC es la PTA escolar). Juntos, hicimos posible lo imposible… pudimos acomodar el almuerzo al aire libre en ambos campus.
Este año tenemos el mismo objetivo, pero necesitaremos apoyo adicional para lograrlo. Desafortunadamente, no tenemos la capacidad de hacerlo solo con nuestro personal. Si obtenemos suficiente apoyo diario para instalar mesas al aire libre, sillas y tal vez las carpas por las mañanas (8:40-9:00 a.m.), podremos hacerlo realidad nuevamente este año.
Si desean convertirse en un padre voluntario, regístrense para tantos espacios como puedan. Aquí están los enlaces para cada campus: Adams y Oyster.
Aquí hay algunos detalles adicionales:
