The 2018 Oyster Adams Bilingual Book Fair has started in the Oyster gym! Monday 10/29 – Saturday 11/3. Please sign up to volunteer here.
- Oyster students will visit during their Library class.
- Adams students will go on special “field trips” to the Oyster campus to attend the Book Fair.
Send Your Kids with Money for Books
Feel free to send an envelope with money with your child ($10 is the suggested amount for a paper back in Spanish or English). Kids who don’t have money during their visit can make a Wish List for their parents to view later. For the younger classes, we need volunteers to help the children write their Wish Lists.
Teachers’ Wish Lists
Consider buying your teacher a book for his or her classroom library!! Great classroom libraries benefits all students.
Special Dates
- Tuesday, October 30: The newest Diary of a Wimpy Kid, The Meltdown, is officially released for $13.95. Come and get it!
- Friday, November 2 (6 – 7pm): the Critterdude joins the Book Fair with his team of reptiles, amphibians and raptors.
